Delivery or Pickup

Everything is made to order to guarantee it's freshness. Orders are usually ready within 24-48 hours. Orders can be picked up at 464 Nevers Rd in Waasis or delivered to Fredericton and Oromocto.

Class 5 Kitchen

In January of 2022, our class 5 kitchen was approved by the health department after a very long journey. This has allowed us to start selling online and wholesale.

Our History

Lisa was a proud LPN for over 17 years, but her most memorable times were the smiles from residents and co-workers when she brought them treats. After many, many, maaaany, times being told that she had to start a bakery, she finally did.

In April of 2021, we started selling at the Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market. Starting in the middle of the pandemic, it was challenging, but we never gave up, mainly, due to the many regular customers who week after week continued to give positive feedback.

  • Halloween

    We had some fun during this time and introduced a pumpkin spice churro filling that was such a great success, it was scary....spooky scary?

  • Kids helped

    We're proud of our kids, they have helped during some busy, busy days at the market. They'll be back out there when it gets warm again.

  • Snowman Meringue

    Some of these guys were up to no good, so we ate them!!!
